Description:
A different mix this time. Not really for yoga practice but more for a headphone meditation. A reflection on love, passage of time, personal loss and mortality. I invite you to a personal journey, as this mix takes you through some deeper mood swings, allowing an insight into human emotions.
Some of these songs are very personal to me.
I dedicate this mix to my dad. I'm releasing it on 5th anniversary of his passing away.

What I was thinking about yoga before was that it is just more on meditation to relax our body and soul and I never thought that it can do more on going deeply into our nerves and clean the blood.

Yoga helps to relax your body and muscles as well as helps to reduce weight and relax from back pain. But all this will be beneficial if you will do regular yoga under experienced instructors. Last Year i joined vinyasa yoga boca raton Yoga Aura classes and i reduced 40 KG weight that is really a magic.
